Workshops

This workshop, under the theme “STAKEHOLDERS AND KEY ACTORS IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTING REFORMS” – in line with all the earlier CIGAR workshops so far – was based on invitation. Most of the 25 participants were ‘old’ CIGAR Network members but we also had a few new scholars, not only from Finland, but also from Estonia, France and Malta. The CIGAR Board meeting was also held in those days in Tampere.
